Try not to panic and then quietly try to resolve the issue yourself. These are some of Michael's tips to help you do this.
Turn off and restart your iOS Device, i.e your iPad, iPod Touch or iPhone To Turn Off
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
After the device turns off to Restart
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake Button again until you see the Apple Logo.
How to Reset your iPad, iPhone or iPod
You reset your device as a very last resort and only if you can't restart it.
To reset, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home Buttons for at least 10 seconds, until the you see the Apple logo
